Well after two weeks nothing, so we waited one more week, still nothing. So she called them up to ask what the problem was. They told her oh its our fault we will fix it as soon as possible. So another week went by and nothing was fixed. All at the same time she was getting doubled billed. What the hell is their problem. We went down to see them at the verizon store the lady who helped us was awesome, she helped us all she could she called the main office to fix this problem. They told her yeah it is our fault we will fix it and right away. we we waited one more billing period. No its not fixed and they still double charged her.

She had to call 17 times more before they fixed it. She paid the bill she was supposed to pay. They told her don't pay the other bill it will be fixed. They final fixed the the double billing issue but instead combined the bill. She called up and they said no we will not give you credit, she bitch at them they said ok we will give you credit for half of the bill. No she told them I will not just take half I did everything you told me to and I even waited forever for you to fix my bill. They refused to do anything more. S

o after all this they are billing her 200 dollars extra for a bill that wasn't even supposed to exist. Now what do I have to say about this? now here is my opinion you all been waiting for. Verizon is a bunch of fucktards. They don't care about you they have millions of customers and get thousands a day. Losing one customer is nothing to them. The customer support in English but they are as stupid as tech support comes. Apparently they need to hire monkeys because they do about the same amount of work they do now.

Now if any of you have problems with verizon please e-mail me at my e-mail address in contact me. If we can get enough people we can maybe have a class action law suit. If you are thinking of getting verizon don't, and I say this for two resaons one the will fuck you over and not help you if there is a problem, and two they lock the phones so you can't do shit. I have a mini sd card and if I put the photos I have from my camera to the mini sd card they are encrypted and you can print them out or put them on your computer. and if you have blue tooth on your phone its also locked so you can't transfer files to anything else. This is called verizon lock out. It costs you 25 cents a message to e-mail them to your self so you can do what you want with them. So help us boycott verizon they are greedy fucking bastards who really don't care about you anyway.
