I know this has happened to you, and it happens to me all the time. You are in a hurry to get somewhere: a doctor appointment, work, the grocery store or maybe a movie. You are driving in the far left lane, normally reserved for people who want to travel faster than the sheep in the other lanes to the right, but you suddenly have to slow down because of a slow moving car in front of you. There is no car in front of it, yet they are traveling slower than the speed limit. You think to yourself,
ok maybe they are just not paying attention or maybe they are old or handicapped, you give them a few seconds to notice the grill of your vehicle a few feet behind them. They apparently are unable to see you in the mirror or just choose to ignore you. At this point you usually have to pass them, but sometimes you can't because of other cars passing both of you in a hurry and now you are stuck behind Them. If you are like me you get frustrated and honk the horn once to get their attention and say "Hey, you are driving really fucking slow please move over to the slow lane." They still ignore you. You finally get the opportunity to pass and when you try to take it THEY SPEED UP! Fuck you asshole. I don't know why you feel the need to try and piss me off, but you really need to learn to drive. More often than not it's a car full of Mexicans with the oldest woman in the family driving. I don't know how they drive in Mexico but they drive like shit here. Most of the time this happens it's a Mexican, and usually accompanied by a car full of bastard children. If you have to drive around your 12 kids then please do it in the far right lane so you don't cause the entire freeway to back up because you are driving 40mph in the fast lane and refuse to get over. If you are just one of those assholes that likes to "do your own thing and be damned with anyone else" then pull your car over to the side of the road when I give you the finger so I punch you in your face. - grep Comments (7)

Subscribe to this comment's feed| 1. If you are not passing people in the lane to your right you should get over, ESPECIALLY if there is someone who clearly wants to drive faster behind you. 2. I do not know if this is a cultural thing or what but people from Mexico drive incredibly slow and do not care who they inconvenience with their actions. I suppose they think they are being \"safer\" but it is, in fact, much more dangerous driving 10 to 20 miles below the speed limit on a major freeway even if travelling in the far right lane. I NEVER become angry at anyone who actually wants to travel the speed limit in any lane except the far left. |

Fortunately now I live somewhere that public transportation is at least moderately configured, and i get to commute just about everywhere I want to go, so on that note, I'm the asshole on the train that you are waiting for to pass so you can be angry with other drivers, lucky me.
