God I fucking hate ups. I understand if you have a package and you need it signed, that's fine I can understand that for security and such. What I can't underfuckingstand is why UPS is fucked up. Well to state my case I ordered a package that needed to be signed but I wasn't home. So they left a little note on my door saying sorry we can't deliver the package it needs to be signed for. OK I can understand that. So I called the number on the fucking peice of fucking shit sticker they tried to leave on my door. God it looks like it was made in kindergarten tape and used the no toxic glue they eat. I found the note in my bush next to my door thank fucking god it wasn't windy or I would have never known they were there.
So I called the number on the back. They said I can pick it up at the
office at 7:30PM. Ok this is fine I have to pick it up because no one
will be here to sign for it for the rest of the week and god forbid
they deliver on Saturday you have to pay extra for that. So I went to
the main office and stood in line waiting for my turn to pick up my
package. Note that is 7:30PM and I just want to go home. When it was my
turn I handed them my slip and they went to go grab it. Then she came
back and told me that it was buried in the truck and she can't get to
it. Now the main office is 30 min out of my way. So now not only did I
wait for fucking 20 min but now I have lost one hour because of this
fucking bitch won't get my package. I asked her why did you fucking
tell me to come get it if your lazy ass wont' lift a few fucking
packages to get mine. I insisted that I need this package and told her
that you fucking assholes told me to get my package at 7:30. She told
me yes we got the note to put the package aside but she forgot to take
it out when putting the packages aside. I told her then why is it my
fault and why did I fucking drive here to get my fucking package when
you guys told me I could get it. I told her let me speak to your
supervisor. The supervisor told me she couldn't do a thing to help me
and said she was sorry for the mistake. Mistake it was fucking pure
stupidity I could understand if this was Texas but its not. After
arguing with her for 45 min I gave up it was like arguing with some
fucking wall. I fucking hate that bitch now. I can understand if this
was a error but ups told me that everything was set and I could come
down. If they would have told me No your package is already put aside
and it hard to get to I would understand. But Fucking ups being the
fucking duchbags they are have a mentality of a fucking 4 year old. Who
runs this fucking place and why is it so fucking hard to get a package.
The USPS and FedEx has never given me any issues and I had always been
able to pick my packages up. I will never use UPS again because of that
fucking bitch. UPS not that because you your over wight fucking bitch
employee I will never use you again.
